Registration Dates
Registration Opens: Monday, January 29 at 10:00 am ET
In-Person Registration Closes: Sunday, February 18 at 11:59 pm ET *extended* Sunday, February 25 at 11:59 pm ET
Virtual Registration Closes: Thursday, April 25 at 11:59 pm ET
Deadline to Request a Refund (in-person or virtual registration): Sunday, March 31 at 11:59 pm ET
General Registration
The 2024 OMSCS Conference will be offered in both in-person and virtual formats. Virtual attendees will be able to livestream most* of the conference presentations. *In-person registration is closed.* The deadline for virtual registration is Thursday, April 25 at 11:59 pm ET.
*Some presentations, such as Workshops and Demonstrations, will not be available to virtual attendees. These presentations will be marked as such on the agenda.
In Person *CLOSED*
In-person registration is closed. Click below to join the waitlist.
If spots become available, we will offer them to people in the order in which they added themselves to the waitlist. Once you join the waitlist, you will be notified via email if a registration spot opens up, and you will have a window of time during which you will be able to claim that spot. If it is not claimed during that window of time, it will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. The cost to attend the conference in person will still be $75.
Virtual
The cost to attend the conference virtually is $25. There will be no limit on the number of virtual attendees**. Virtual attendees must register for the conference in order to receive access to the livestream.
**If this changes due to technological or other constraints, this page will be updated, and virtual attendees will be notified.

Registration for Presenters
Anyone presenting at the conference is required to register for and attend the conference in person (except in the rare situations in which it is required to present virtually). Presenters will receive an email that will contain a registration link and a code. Please do not share this link or code with anyone, as it is only meant for presenters. You will use this registration link and code to register for the in-person conference format.
Refunds
If you need to request a refund for either in-person or virtual registration, email OMSCS-Conf@groups.gatech.edu to request a refund. The deadline to request a refund is Sunday, March 31 at 11:59 pm ET. Refunds will not be processed after this date.
